I'm not just an ordinary trainer; I am very educated in my field. I attended a private vocational school in New York City. I graduated from The American Academy of Personal Training that offers an extensive program understanding and learning biomechanics, training adaptations, nutrition, anatomy, exercise physiology, and exercise prescription that far exceed the current standards in the industry.

I am a member of a diverse group of organizations and read many articles and books written by doctors that specialize in the health and fitness field. If there is specific information that I have learned in regards to an individual client, the training would be incorporated into their regimen.

I started going to the gym when I was a teenager. I would always perform cardiovascular and resistance training. In high school, I was a part of the cross country and track team. As I went onto college, I was always running on the treadmill and outdoors. When I moved to New York City, I was a member of every gym in the area I lived. I have been a member of the New York Road Runners and run races year round. 
Philosophy, Education & Qualifications
I ran the NYC Marathon in 2005, 2007 and 2009; The Philadelphia Marathon in 2010; Boston Marathon in 2011 and Houston Marathon in 2014.
